Mary Gunn is an accomplished Chair, Non-Executive Director, and CEO with over 20 years of leadership experience across life sciences, financial services, and education. She brings deep expertise in governance, investments, and strategic growth, with a strong track record in fundraising, M&A, licensing, and global expansion. Mary has led organisations from start-ups to Fortune 100 companies, overseeing operations in 75 countries and portfolios exceeding $2.4B. Her multidisciplinary background in psychology, medical law, business, and global politics underpins her proven ability to drive innovation and high-performing leadership.
Maddy serves as Global Head of Human Resources at Phagenesis, a mission-led MedTech company revolutionising care for patients with neurogenic dysphagia. Leading the people strategy across the UK, USA, Germany, and Austria, Maddy previously held the position of Sr. Manager, Global HR Business Partner at QIAGEN, a global leading life science and MDx organisation. Maddy brings not only deep HR expertise, but also contagious energy and a fresh, forward-thinking perspective.
Sean brings over two decades of experience building and scaling innovative healthcare technology companies, with deep expertise in Genomics, Telemedicine, and AI-driven SaaS platforms. His career includes raising more than $186 million in growth capital, scaling a healthcare SaaS business by 400% in under three years, and founding Three Leaf Ventures, where he built a portfolio of 13 companies and achieved four successful exits through IPO and M&A.
Heather is the Founder of strategic consultancy Nutrachievement Inc and brings over 30 years of experience in the global nutraceutical and food sectors. She has held senior leadership positions with globally recognised brands including SupplySide, Vitafoods, and Food ingredients Europe, and is a respected voice in the industry for her work in content strategy, communications, business development, and international collaboration.
Jeremy brings with him more than 15 years of leadership in diagnostics and over 25 years in the broader life sciences industry. His deep market insight and industry expertise align perfectly with our specialisms, and we are excited to leverage his experience as we continue to grow.
